These are the Terms and Conditions of using & booking the Byron Beach Resort website, hereafter defined as 'BBR' and 'Website'. By using this Website, you are agreeing to these Terms and Conditions outlined below. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, you should not book via this site.

Byron Beach Resort is the trading name of Belongil Group Pty Ltd. This website's content and pictures are managed by Belongil Group Pty Ltd, 25 Childe Street, Byron Bay, NSW, 2581, Australia.
This Website includes a booking facility which has booking terms and conditions as outlined. This information is the most up-to-date information available, but is subject to change and cannot be guaranteed as completely accurate or complete. BBR reserves the right to change, modify, add or remove sections of these Terms and Conditions and to add to, change or discontinue the products, packages and information contained within this Website at any time and without notice or liability. Please check the Website regularly for changes.
Cancellation Policy
BBR operates on a minimum 72 hour cancellation policy for all bookings before any refunds can be considered. If no contact is made prior to the bookings full amount of the booking will apply and charged. Failure to make contact with us 72 hours before a booking will commence may result in the following:
- * 72 Hours or less – The first night fee for your booking night.
- * 48 hours or less – 50%
- * 24 hours of less – the entire booking amount
BBR maintain the right to negotiate this amount whereby special circumstances exist and can be evidenced to us.
Exclusions and Liability
The information on this Website is for the general use of customers, prospective customers and travel professionals. These Terms and Conditions do not exclude the User's rights to the Applicable Law such as consumer protection legislation relating to the purchasing of goods and services.
